This was our first schools title and was achieved by defeating Kill N.S. in the Under 13C final in Walsh Park by 6-13 to 2-1. The team then defeated Villierstown in the county final in the Fraher Field by 8-6 to 0-0. Brian Hanrahan was the captain of this team.
Our first Under 11 victory was achieved when we defeated Ballyduff in the C final in Walsh Park. We defeated Ballyduff by 4-1 to 1-1. Austin Hanrahan, brother of Brian, was captain of the team.
1988 Our first football win was achieved after we defeated Holy Cross N.S. in a very close game on a scoreline of 1-3 to 1-2 in the Under 13 B section. Clive Harris was the captain of the team
This was the first time we competed in the INTO seven- a-side football tournament. We defeated Tramore CBS in the final. Alan Cullinane was the captain
This was our first win in the Hurling skills competition which was held in Mount Sion. Brendan Lyons was the captain
We followed our win in the previous years Under-11C with victory in the Under-11B final which was held in Walsh Park. Ballyduff were defeated in the final by 7-1 to 4-0 Frankie Phelan was the captain.
