Welcome to St Bernard’s Parish. A Website for the Community of Abbeydorney / Kilflynn, County Kerry,Ireland. News, information, photos, history and lots more. Our Parish is centrally located in the fertile plains of North Kerry in South West Ireland and has an approximate population of 1500 inhabitants. North of Abbeydorney village the Cistercian Abbey of Kyrie Eleison was established in 1154. According to the Annals of the Four Masters, the Parish takes its name from this ancient Abbey.
