Purchasing and Payment

To purchase any item click on the "Buy this...." button.
We accept online credit card payments using the secure Worldpay™ system.

All prices of Artwork, Handmade Paper Products and Kits, and Photo Image CDs include packaged, registered shipping worldwide.

All Artwork is shipped unframed.

Returns Policy

In the event that a Purchaser wishes to return a purchase:

1. The Purchaser agrees to advise Lynda Cookson by telephone call, within five days of receipt of the item, that he/she wishes to return the item.

2. The Purchaser agrees to package the item thoroughly and suitably for REGISTERED shipping back to Lynda Cookson.

3. The cost of return REGISTERED shipping will be for the Purchaser's expense, and will take place within 10 days of receipt of the item by the Purchaser.

4. On undamaged receipt of the item, Lynda Cookson undertakes to refund the cost price of the item in full.

Returns Policy for Commissioned Artwork

The Returns procedure for commissioned artwork is the same as for items above, EXCEPT THAT Lynda Cookson will retain 50% of the purchase price of the item once it has been returned.

Note : Commissioned artwork is only shipped to the Purchaser once the Purchaser has had view of, and acknowledged acceptance, of a digital photograph of the completed commissioned artwork.
