Ballinamere N.S.

Ballinamere N. S. Camogie team started in 1990. We have been playing ever since. The Ballinamere club colour is green and yellow.We wear a green and yellow jersey and a green skirt. It is important to wear a helmet and shinguards incase you get hit In camogie there are 12 people on a team.Camogie matches last 25 mins. a side.We compete in the Bord na Scol competition. This is a league competition involving local schools. Children from third class up to sixth class take part.After the final which is usually held in O Connor Park the winners receive medals.
