"Tommy Grimes, a Labour councilor who lives 50 miles away in Kells has taken out a
court injunction in a private capacity (using one of most expensive legal teams in the
country) to try and stop "this rave concert because it is not in the interests of the
public, with all the dangers it presents to kids".
As with all planning matters in this country, what's legal and what's just don't always
win but MCD and Cream are confident they will win. Submissions from both sides were heard
