The Saddlers is a three bedroom house situated on a private housing development 6 miles from the centre of Dublin. Although it is a three bedroom house, only two bedrooms are available. The third bedroom is converted into an office, which the owner only uses when the house has not been rented out. The house is only two years old, spacious, bright and comfortably decorated and furnished to give that home from home atmosphere.

There is a bus stop directly outside the estate which will take you into the city centre in approximately 20 miniutes. Within a minutes drive you will find one of Ireland's largest and best shopping centres, The Blanchardstown Shopping Centre where you will find a large choice of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, cinema, hairdressers, health store, 10 pin bowling, leisure centre, health centre, and much more.

Approximately 3 minutes drive from the house there is a par 3 golf course and driving range. The largest park in Europe, the Phoenix Park which houses Dublin Zoo, is less than a 10 minute drive. There is a local pub and night club are within two minutes walk.

SLEEPS: 6 persons maximum.

BEDROOMS: There are two double bedrooms with the master bedroom en-suite. Each bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes. The third sleeping area is a double pullout sofabed in the sittingroom.

BATHROOMS: 1 bathroom and one separate shower room.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: Fully fitted kitchen with microwave oven, four ring electric cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, table and chairs.

SITTINGROOM: Satellite and cable TV, video, fireplace, sofa, armchairs, and sofabed.

OUTSIDE: Front and back gardens, private parking.

HEATING: Natural gas central heating throughout.

LINEN: Linen and towels are provided fresh upon arrival and changed once a week.
