Flotto
There was no winner of our weekly Flotto. The
numbers drawn were 2, 3, 12 and 17 and the nearest were
John Hegarty, Tullycleave and Deirdre Dorrian, Tullymore.
This weeks jackpot stands at 1650.00
and this weeks selling team is James McBreartys team
Membership
Club membership is now nearing an end. Anyone looking for
tickets for next weeks match must have their membership
paid. The cost 15.00 per adults and 25.00 for
family. Club Registrars are Mairead Whyte and Sinead
Gallagher.
Ulster Finals
With Donegal into the Ulster Finals demand for tickets
will be high. The match will be all ticket. Anyone
interested in going should give their names as soon as
possible with Secretary James McHugh before next Sunday
30th June. Do not leave the booking of tickets until
after this date as you will be disappointed. With demand
being so high it is important to book early.
Golf Classic
The Club are organising a Golf Classic and will take
place on Saturday 17th August. Teams and sponsorship is
most welcome. Chairman of the Organising Committee is
George Doherty.
Senior/Reserve and U21
Training continues in Pearse Memorial Park on Tuesday and
Thursday evenings for Senior/Reserve and U21.
U-10s
The U-10s continue to train on Wednesday evenings. This
Saturday in Pearse Memorial Park The Club will host the U-10
Blitz with five Clubs taking part. The Blitz will begin
at 11.00 a.m.
U-12 Boys
The U-12 Boys continue training on Thursday evening at 5.30
p.m. They have now qualified for the Regional Final which
takes place on this coming Sunday 30th in Towney. The B
Final takes place at 6.00 p.m. against Aodh Rua with the
A Final at 6.00 p.m against Killybegs. We hope to see a
good crowd to support the teams.
Mick Herron Memorial Tournament
Bord Na nOg hosted the first annual Mick Herron Memorial
Tournament on Saturday last in Pearse Memorial Park with
four teams taking part - Ardara, Omagh St Endas, Dromore
(Tyrone) and Buncrana. Each team played each other in 15
mins a half with the top 2 Teams contesting the final.
After some excellent matches the home side and Dromore
qualified for the final. Ardara had beaten them in the
earlier match but the Tyrone lads made amends when a last
minute goal gave them the honours in a pulsating final.
Patsy Herron who donated the Cup made the presentation to
the winning Captain Conor O'Neill of Dromore who also
received Player of the Tournament. Thanks to all who
helped on the day especially the ladies who provided
refreshments for all the referee James McHugh, Frank
McGhee and Paddy Hegarty and also to the teams involved
for the great efforts and sportsmanship shown on the day.
U-14 Girls
The U-14 Girls are away to Killybegs on to-night Thursday
27th in Fintra.
U-14 Boys
The U-14 Boys are at home to St Nauls this Friday 28th
June at Pearse Memorial Park
U-16 Boys
The U-16 Boys had two challenge matches last week
defeating Glenfin on Monday (5-100 to (0-07) against
Dromore (Tyrone) on Thursday evening (1-14) to (0-09).
They now play N. Conaill in the next round of the
Championship.
Well Done
Well done to Charlene Kennedy and Mairead Gallagher who
helped Donegal to the second round of the Ulster
Championship against Derry on Sunday last.
Club Holiday
Arrangements for the Club Holiday have been finalised.
The group will depart for Tenerife on Sunday 20th October
from Dublin and will return on Sunday 27th October. There
are still 2 places available and anyone interested can

Mick Herron Memorial U-12 Tournament
The first Mick Herron memorial U-12 Tournament will take
place on Saturday next in Pearse Memorial Park commencing
at 11.00 a.m. The Cup having been donated by Patsy herron
to the Club. The teams competing are Ardara, Grange/Cliffoney,
St. Endas Omagh and Buncrana. The Tournament will operate
on a round robin basis with the top two teams taking part
in the final.
U-12 Skills
The U-12 Skills will take place in Pearse memorial Park
on Sunday 24th at 10.30 a.m. 8 Clubs will take part. Each
Club will have 5 players. 10 Players to qualify from each
Venue for the County Final.
U-14 Girls
The U-14 Girls are away to Killybegs next Thursday 27th
in Fintra.
U-14 Boys
The U-14 Boys are at home to Killybegs next Wednesday 26th
June at 7.30p.m.
U-16 Boys
The U-16 Boys have qualified for the next stage of the U-16
Championship by beating Killybegs in the second leg last
week. They will resume games after the Junior Cert.
U-16 Girls
The U-16 Girls will play Killybegs in Fintra on next
Tuesday 25th June.
Congratulations
Congratulations to St. Marys National School Girls team
who won their Section in the Schools final in Ballybofey
last Saturday. This is the fifth year in a row for the
School Girls Team.

June in Dohertys at 9.00 p.m.
Good Luck
Good luck to Stephen McCahill (Jnr) who will line out
with the Donegal Primary School team in Clones at half
time during the Donegal/Derry game on Sunday. He is
representing St Conails National School in Kilclooney.
Training
Training continues in Pearse Memorial Park on Tuesday and
Thursday evenings for Senior/Reserve and U21. Training
for the Minor Team will take place on Friday evening at 7.00
p.m. All Minors are asked to attend as their matches will
continue the following week.

Water Girl
Well done to Meave O'Donnell, Doohill, who acted as Water
Girl on the sideline in McCumhaill Park on last Sunday
during the Donegal/Down game.
Training
Training continues in Pearse Memorial Park on Tuesday and
Thursday evenings for Senior/Reserve and U21 and Minor
Teams.
U-10s
The U-10s continue to train on Wednesday evenings. They
competed in the Killybegs Blitz last Saturday and were
victorious in the B Competition with the A Team
acquitting themselves very well. There will be no Blitz
for Ardara this weekend due to First Communion. The next
Blitz will be on Saturday 15th and will be hosted by
Ardara with N. Conaill, Bundoran and N. Brid taking part
U-12 Boys
The U-12 Boys continue training on Thursday evening at 5.30
p.m. Last Monday they had victories over Bundoran A and B.
Next Monday 3rd June they are away to Killybegs.
U-14 Girls
The U-14 Girls are away to Kilcar next Thursday 6th June
U-14 Boys
The U-14 Boys took part in the Buncrana Cup last Saturday.
Acquitting themselves very well they reached the final
and were beaten by Dungiven in Derry. They are away to
Dungloe this Friday 7th June at 7.30 p.m. and home to St
Nauls next Wednesday 12th June. They continue training
this week at Pearse Memorial Park.
U-16 Boys
The U-16 Boys have qualified for the next stage of the U-16
Championship by beating Killybegs in the second leg last
week.
Minors
The Minors have no matches until the end of the exams.
They continue to train on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
