14th December Golf

Ardara's Columba Diver made sure that his Christmas table will be full when he ran out a convincing winner of the annual Christmas Hamper competition at Narin and Portnoo on Sunday. He carded 44 points to finish five points ahead of Joe Conneely, with Charlie Tully third with 37 points.

     
 
12th December GAA Club Call - Ard An Ratha.

Flotto
There was no winner of our weekly flotto. 
The numbers drawn were 1, 8, 9 and 20. 
The nearest were Joanna Given, Hillhead and J. Gallagher, Donegal Town. 
This weeks jackpot stands at £2,700.00 and the sellers are John McConnell, Larry Gallagher, John A. McHugh and Paddy Breslin.

Scor
Commisserations to our Scor Finalists last weekend in the County Final in Ballintra.  They did our Club proud in reaching the County finals.

Recovery
The Club wish Brendan Boyle a speedy recovery from an injury received last weekend playing with the County U-21s.

Club Dinner Dance
Tickets for the Club Dinner Dance are now on sale in Divers Shop.  The function will be held on Thursday 28th December in the Blue Haven with Dinner beginning at 8.30 p.m Sharp.  Transport will leave the Diamond at 7.00 p.m.  No seats will be reserved.

Dates for your Diary
The Minor Board A.G.M. will take place on Thursday 11th January at 9.00 p.m.

A Mass for Deceased members of the GAA will take place on Friday evening 12th January in the Church of the Holy Family at 7.30 p.m. 

The Senior Board A.G.M. will take place on Sunday afternoon 14th January.

This weeks jackpot stands at £2,600.00 and the sellers are Eamon McNelis, Brian McCashal, Matthew Whyte, Aidan McHugh, Stephen Gildea, Niall Heena, Martin McMahon.

U-12 Parish League
The U-12 Parish League took place last saturday afternoon.  Ronan Mcbrearty's team won the A final and afterwards Eamon Doherty the Ardara Captain presented him with the Kevin McGill Memorial Cup on behalf of the McGill family.  Thanks to all who took part in the competition, Managers and supporters.  To those who made sandwiches and worked in the tea room on the day of the final.  Videos of the U-12 Final are now on sale in Divers Shop.

Quiz
Good luck to Cliona Heena in the Instrumental music and to James Hegarty, Joseph Shovlin and Dallen Byrne in the Quiz who have made it to the County Final which takes place in Ballintra this Saturday 9th December at 3.00 p.m.

Team photographs
Orders are still being taken for the Senior team photographs and can be ordered through Mary McHugh.

Dinner Dance
Tickets for the Club Dinner Dance in the Blue Haven on Thursday 28th December are now on sale in Divers.  Peoples are asked to book early.
