The location of the house is within walking distance to
the dolmen centre,
local pub, RC church, and the portal dolmen.
The seaside village of Narin/Portnoo is 2 miles and
Clooney wood is 1 mile.
Accommodation consists

Sitting room with open fire
& TV.
Kitchen is fully fitted with a
microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumbler
dryer, electric oven + gas hob (gas is free).
Tea towels are supplied, + tea, coffee, milk etc is
provided on arrival.
3 bedrooms:
2 double rooms, one of which is en-suite with electric
shower.
Twin room + folding bed + cot if required.
Bathroom: bath + electric
shower.
Facilities
Heating is by oil fired central heating which is metered.
Electricity is charged according to units used.
Bed linen is provided, + bath and hand towels.
