Dorothy Murphy, who sings in Portuguese as well as English, is now reaching an
international audience. She represented Ireland recently at the
International Association of Jazz Schools Conference which took place on a
cruise liner that visited eight countries, ending in Copenhagen. She is
studying vocal improvisation at Newpark and has sung with Louis Stewart,
Noel Kelehan, Jim Doherty and Richie Buckley, among others.
