Ozone, at J.J. Smyths
Ozone was formed back in the seventies by Noel Kelehan.
The band consisted of Noel on piano, Mike Nolan on trumpet and flugel horn, Keith Donald on sax, John Wadham on Drums, and
Frank Hess on bass. This line - up recorded the critically acclaimed "Ozone" especially notable for Noel's arrangement of the traditional tune "The Castle
of Dromore". The most recent incarnation consisted of Myles Drennan on piano, Mike, Keith and John as before, with Martin Curry
on bass. You can hear a very short, poor quality sound file of Ozone (Wave or Au) recorded in J.J. Smyths.
