Executive Chef James  Hunt and his skilled team focus on Mediterranean style cuisine with Irish   influences.  They base their menu on seasonal  produce in its prime state.  The local countryside also plays a part in structuring dishes with deer, salmon and wild mushrooms available locally.  Organically sourced vegetables are used as much as possible.

Enjoy free range egg, oak smoked kippers and freshly poached fruits at our buffet breakfast.  Victorian apple sponge and ginger cake can be savoured during afternoon tea in our lounge.  the Cahernane House Hotel is also highly regarded for the depth and range of its wine cellar.  Enjoy classic Bordeaux or New World Chardonnay.  Alternatively try some vintage port with stilton cheese and water biscuits.  Our Sommelier will assist you in selecting suitable wine to accompany your meal.
