Our Poems about Horses

My Horse Beauty

My horse is brown

With a star upon her head

I take her to the town

Each day when she is fed

A kick she can give

Just straight from behind

But Beauty I forgive

Because no better friend I

could find .

A Horse

A horse is an animal with a great of strength,

From pulling a plough to jumping a fence.

Horses have always been, a man's best friend,

Known for their love,of their master and friend.

Horses are clever with a great deal of wit,

Knowing when to start and knowing when to quit.

My Grandad has a lovely horse.

Frankie is his name.

He grazes in the field all day.

And some times Grandad feeds him hay.

His coat it is the colour of sand,

Grandad says he is fourteen hands,

I put the saddle on his back,

And go of riding down the track.

The End
