| Nest: | Mammy Thrush builds the nest in the fork of the tree higher up than a song thrush.They make a large nest from dry vegetation and they line it with dry grass.They do not try to hide it.The mistle thrush is a bossy bird. They will attack cats, birds of prey and people who come close.Their eggs are white with speckles. The male thrush will look after the first brood while the female thrush lays a second brood. |
