The Robin

Appearance: The Robin has a red breast. It has a brown beak and brown eyes. It has brown feathers on its back, a red breast, a red neck and red cheeks and white underparts.
Habitat: They live in gardens and parks.They are friendly birds and will come close to you if you are digging to pick out worms. Robins like their own territory and quite often you will only see one robin in your garden.
Nest: They make a nest from leaves and moss. They build their nest in the undergrowth or in unusual places such as kettles or cans. The robin will lay three to seven turquoise blue eggs.
Feeding The robin eats worms and snails.They will eat seeds or food left out on a birdtable.
