In chess in Ahane GAA Club in Limerick on Saturday he came joint second with a boy from Ennistymon.
Congratulations to Bernard O`Brien, Fionàn Cronin, Barry Millane and Kevin Hally whose relay team won Silver Medals in Shannon on Saturday the 7th of Oct 2000. Their time was 3:13.
Bernard O'Brien won a silver medal in Under 12 Breaststroke Individual event. Barry Millane also got a silver medal in Under 11 breaststroke Individual.

At Ennis National School pitch on Tuesday May 30, 2000, Ennis C.B.S defeated Ennis National
in the final of the 4th Class Town League, on a scoreline of 5-4 to 3-1. Our top scorer
was Caoimhin Fitzgerald with four goals. Captain Cathal O'Connor was presented
with the Fr. Hogan Shield Ennis National Principal Mr.Gary Stack.

Congratulations to the winners and losers in the 4th class Football League Final which was played on March 31st. Cathal's team Clare defeated Eoin's team Kildare by 3-1 to 1-3.Darren and Noel captained the teams in the semi-finals. Best for the winners were Tadhg, Liam, Casey, Philip and Cathal. Best for the losers were Seán, Barry, Paul, Ciara, Kevin and Eoin. It was the first real Final on our new pitch in the new Millenium.
