1.  Patrick walked from Sliabh Mis to the coast to find his ship.
     It took him five days. He travelled an average of twenty miles
     a day.  How far did he travel to the coast?

2.  Patrick worked for sixteen hours a day on the mountain.
     Express this as a fraction of a full day in its lowest terms?

3.  A sheep eats 5 kilos of grass in one day.  How many kilos
     would it eat in a year?(365 days).

4. On board the ship back home, Patrick was given a number of
    tasks to do by the Captain.  Calculate the time it took him to do
    these tasks in one week?

5.  Patrick learned to make his own clothes from roughly spun wool.
     He wore a knee-length tunic while he worked.  The wool was
     kept in balls at Milchiú's own farm.  Each tunic weighed about
     1.8 kilos.  If it took ten balls of wool to make one tunic. What was the
     weight of one ball of wool in grammes?
