The Sacrament of Baptism takes place on the second and fourth Sunday of each month. As part of parish pastoral plan, we have a program of preparation for anyone presenting a child for Baptism. This involves a meeting with the baptismal team and an invitation to a meeting where parents have an opportunity to meet and to plan for the ceremony.
The beauty of our Parish Church lends itself as an ideal location for weddings. To enable couples to be prepared for the commitment of marriage, the couple should make sure to contact the priest for their area as soon as a date is fixed. It is important to remember that under Irish law, three months notice is required to the Registrar regardless of where the couple resides if a wedding is to take place in our church.
