The High Priestess of Avalon

Morganna was half sister to Arthur, born to Igraine and Gorlois of Cornwall. Although gifted with the power of healing, she learned great sorcery and became High Priestess of Avalon.

After stealing the scabbard from Arthur and rendering him powerless against harm she became his sworn enemy for life.

When Arthur received his final wound at Camlaan she was one of the veiled Queens to guide his barge to Avalon, thus fulfilling her dual role as both dark magician and healer.
