"O'BRENNAN, a parish in the barony of Trughanackmy, county Kerry, province of Munster, Ireland, 5 miles N.N.E. of Tralee. Ardfert is its post town. The surface is mountainous, lying principally among the Stacks range. There is a considerable proportion of bog. The living is a rectory and vicarage in the diocese of Ardfert and Aghadoe, value £51, in the patronage of the bishop. The nearest place of worship is at Tralee.
