The RS 8300 offers a unique VHF telephone concept with all controls in the handset, a black box transmitter/receiver unit and a separate loudspeaker. The RS 8300 will also operate as a fully functioning dual station allowing the weatherproof   handset to be mounted on the open deck or flybridge of the yacht.

The RS 8400 combined with the dedicated DSC (Digital Selective Call) controller unit allows you to use the expanding world wide DSC network to access directly through automated coast stations telephone communcications. The SOS function gives automated distress calling using the GMDSS system to pick up your distress signal.
