CONFIRM RESERVATIONS : In order to avoid disappointments which can arise from misunderstandings over the telephone, please confirm your reservations by letter or by E-mail

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS : Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please contact Otway Lodge as soon as possible. Rooms which are reserved and not occupied cause loss of revenue for which you may be held legally responsible. Frank or Ann may also have stayed up late expecting your arrival.
