Here you will find the history of Plan Nine

Plan Nine was founded by Gareth Cummins in early 1996 since then there have been three core members Gareth, Keith and Leigh. There have been other members of the band but due to their persistant nature the three core members have remained. Plan Nine first recorded in a small studio in early 1999, there they recorded four songs in the space of eleven hours, those songs were Held down, Love, Streets and untitled. then in early 2000 Plan Nine got the opertunity to record one full proper song in The engine room studios dublin their with the help of part time member Dave Tynan they recorded their first properly made and produced song, Buffed Up. Since then Dave Tynan has moved to Japan to become the first Irish Ninja.
