Up to IR£60,000 ........ = No Duty Payable

IR£60,001 to IR£100,000 .............. = 3%

IR£100,001 to IR£170,000 ............ = 4%

IR£170,001 to IR£250,000 ............ = 5%

IR£250,001 to IR£500,000 ............ = 7%

IR£500,001 and above .................. = 9%

Percentage of Purchase Price Payable.**

** A sum for Fixtures and Fittings (carpets, curtains etc,) may be excluded from the purchase price when calculating Stamp Duty.
