SECURITY CONSIDERATIONS

Security in Corrib Village is extremely tight. Residents are expected at all times to produce ID when asked for it by security. After dark, nobody is permitted into Corrib Village without a Corrib Village ID card - including residents. Guest are permitted until midnight; however, that often is based on the descretion of the presiding security officer. There are only two entrances and/or exits to Corrib Village as the grounds are completely fenced off.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

LAUNDRY
Corrib Village as of this year, barring En-Suite flats, does not have adequate laundry facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to use an outside laudramat to wash/dry clothes. The closest one and most reasonable one is The Washing Machine. Current prices are £4 per load for wash/dry/fold.

PRIVACY
Corrib Village Personnel grant themselves the right to enter flats at any time. There is a cleanliness inspection every week which entails Corrib Village personnel entering every room in a given flat, including individual bedrooms. They take the liberty to decide when your flat is in an acceptable state, and will hire outside cleaners at your expense if they feel it is unacceptable to their standards. Prospective residents that are under the impression that it will be their own apartment should be advised that this is not the case.

ROOMMATES
Note that each apartment holds up to five individuals, though not every flat has five people in it. Nevertheless, any person can thus expect up to four flatmates. Flatmates are paired without regard to sex, nationality, or age.

DISTRACTIONS
Corrib Village should be thought of as a dorm setting. Expect the same distractions that would normally be found in a typical college dormitory. Note that privacy above should be condsidered in this context as well.
