Every company is under a statutory duty to arrange for a "competent person" to assess all risks in the workplace. We can arrange for a safety practitioner to carry out a Risk Assessment study on your behalf. We can also arrange for competent persons to assist in the preparation of safety statements and hazard audits. Heartbeat also run the Appointed Safety Advisor Service to provide ongoing support for those companies who do not employ a health and safety professional, or to provide a back-up for those companies with existing in-house expertise. This service provides a full safety survey for any workplace, then once the needs have been identified a plan of action can be decided on.
