	Should Homework Be Abolished?
	I think homework should be abolished because there are six hours of school each day, Monday to Friday. Some people say that is too much. I think there should just be one day of school where you go to school for twenty four hours and no homework. You would have one hundred and twenty hours to play and rest, which is thirty hours a week followed by half an hour of homework. If you add it together that is thirty-four hours to watch TV, listen to music and do sports instead of six hours each day Monday to Friday with half an hour's homework. Some people say if they don't know it in school with a teacher, they won't know it at home without a teacher. So what is the point in doing homework they don't understand? On the other hand, parents and teachers say if the children don't have homework they won't get a good education. Parents also say homework is only revising what you did in school, so if you don't know it you mustn't have been concentrating. Also you need a good education to get a good job, so it's important to get a good education in that respect. Otherwise you will find it hard to get a good, well-paid job. The education is the key to your life unless you are a sportsperson or singer.
