1 x Normal Jog on Thursday.
1 x Long Jog at Weekend. (Saturday or Sunday)
1 x Easy Jog at weekend.

1> Jog for 800 metres (1/2 mile).
2> Jog + little extra for 800 metres (1/2 mile).
repeat x 3 = 3 miles.
Increase as stamina improves.

*Run a 3:45hr marathon.

2> jog for 3:45m
