Membership

The quality and professionalism of our members is paramount.

Membership of the Panel of Chefs is by application. Applications for membership are vetted at regional level, prior to final approval by the National Executive Council.

We have several categories of membership:

Graduate Minimum two years experience with appropriate qualifications exhibiting professionalism
Fellowship Honorary accolade bestowed by NEC following recommendation by Regional Network.
Patrons/Corporate Associate Membership categories available to suppliers allied organisations, and `others' outside Panel membership.
Full Members with three years graduate membership of good standing or any member in good standing may nominate a person for membership of the panel. Upon receipt of an application form, which is vetted at Regional Branch level, then processed for approval at the NEC. If successful an invitation to join is then issued.
Life Honorary title given at Branch level and approved by the NEC.
Affiliate Designed for members outside Regional boundaries

Structure

Regional Branch Network

The Panel of Chefs of Ireland is structured through Regional areas. Each region is designed to be self sufficent, organising and running competitions, promotions and demonstrations in order to develop the craft and it's prefessionals on local basis.

The National Executive Council are proposed by the regional branches and chosen at the AGM.
