1.
The Contract
(a)
No contract shall arise until the company has received a completed booking
form together with a deposit.
(b)
The company has the right to terminate the contract if the behaviour or
conduct of a consumer either prior to or during a trip is likely to endanger
the safety or well being of other consumers of the company.
2.
Disabled Persons
It
shall be the consumers responsibility to disclose to the company any physical
or mental condition that may be relevant. The company reserves the right
to decline a contract where it is in the opinion of the company that the
trip would be inconsistent with the special needs of the disabled person.
3.
Payment
The
trip must be paid in full at least 1 week prior to departure.
4.
Alteration
If
the consumer wishes to alter the arrangements of the trip, the company
will use its best endeavours, if practicable, to facilitate that change.
A fee may be charged for this.
5.
Price Variation
All
prices are stated in Irish Pounds and are based on rates correct at time
of publication.
