Kell-Pac also offers Johnston Lightning Filler's range of filling machines for solid products, granules and powders.  Material is gravity-fed into encapsulated volume chamber, with infeed and discharge valves operating in controlled sequence.

The Johnston Lighting Filler 'In Cup' Filling machine is capable of delivering a pre-determined mix of 2 products into a vending cup, with the facility to attach a further sugar head.  The cups are automatically dispensed into a transfer mechanism which will present the cup to the filling machine, and then into the stacking unit.

The 'In Cup' high speed line is capable of delivering the requisite volume of coffee, milk powder, sugar, soups, fruit juice powders, etc., into vending cups.  They can be manufactured in any 2 lane multiple with 1, 2, 3 or more filling heads and can be custom tailored to meet individual requirements.
