| Kells has a flourishing tennis club, with four courts and a clubhouse next to The Railway Bar. The club has a large membership but visitors who wish to play are welcomed. The club is pleasingly near the aforementioned Railway Bar for those who become a little thirsty after a few sets.There is a small charge to use the courts.
