Kinard Bed & Breakfast Kinard Bed & Breakfast is owned and run by Siobhan and Dick Walsh. Our home is a purposely built Bed & Breakfast and therefore can deliver the highest comfort standards available to the visitor.

Kinard is a modern home located in a rural setting, yet it is in the unique position of being only four miles from the centre of Waterford. We are approved by the Irish Tourist Board.
