When posting/delivering our products to customers, we only use packaging which has already been used at least once by local businesses and households. We collect boxes, foam wrapping, bubble wrap, shredded paper, padded envelopes and any other useful wrapping. This means that our needs do not require new packaging to be produced. This saves energy, raw materials and also means that less rubbish ends up in land fills. When you receive your order from us, please re-use the packaging again.
We encourage people to refill used bottles and moisturiser jars. We offer a discount on your purchase if you refill bottles and jars.
We encourage the use of essential oils as natural disinfectants in place of more harmful alternatives, as essential oils leave no toxic residues in waste water or in the air we breath.
In the future, we hope to be able to produce our own energy from renewable sources, e.g. wind and solar power. And any other useful tips would be appreciated.
