Lahardane won back the Padraic Garrett Memorial Cup at Glenhest on Saturday evening last. Two early goals from Declan Leonard was the perfect platform for Lahardane to build a comfortable lead at half time 2-6 to 0-2.

Crossmolina were in trouble at midfield for long periods where James Gillespie and Gerry Burke were on top. It was a tough, hard fought game with Lahardane’s great will to win which saw them win back the cup.
