I am resident of Hazelbury Park and use the walk-way between Hazelbury Park and Littlepace everyday to get to the bus stop at the Littlepace shops. The Littlepace side of the walk way has had tarmac laid; however the Hazelbury side has not. Consequently in these wet mornings, it's like walking through a swamp to get to the gate. Apart from the mess, it is quite dangerous as the mud is sometimes slippy. This will only get worse, once the freezing weather arrives. Can you contact the relevant people and have this issue put on the snag list.

In regards to your query about the walkway between Hazelbury Park and Littlepace, the residents association together with the Action Group for the Green Area have been in talks with the Parks Department and Menolly Homes Ltd. From our discussions no further development of the Green Area except seeding will take place until agreement by all parties has been reached on how the Green Area is to be developed this also includes the walkways. (Menolly Homes have been adamant on this issue.)

The residents association are fully aware of your frustrations however our hands are tied until we receive the final draft of the plan for the green area and agreement is reached by all parties concerned. When agreement has been reached the RA will be looking for pathways to be put in as priority.

All residents will be informed when we receive the final plan and a general meeting will be held for consideration of the plan.
