St. Marks chimp!!

During the year in our religion class we decided to adopt an animal. We had a long discussion about what to adopt. In the end after sending letters to the zoo about finding out what kind of habitat they lived in we adopted a CHIMPANZEE. We each gave two pounds which made a total of fifty pounds. Mr o' Mahony gave ten pounds to make the total sixty pounds. We sent off the money and got a certificate of adoption .

We named our chimp SUSIE and we are very proud of of what we have achieved and we hope to do it again .This time we might adopt a dolphin or another animal like that. I think we are the only class in the school that have achieved this honor of owning an animal with our classmates.

I really like our class discusions etc.
