In First Contact, we will see that the rest of the Borg were unaffected by Hugh's return and are still a dangerous force. They will arrive in force to assilimate the Federation and the film will include some spectacular space battle scenes. A time-travel element is also involved, with the Enterprise-E chasing the Borg back into Earth history. There the crew of the Enterprise will have to help fix the phoenix the first ship created to go into warp and to make first contact with life not of this Earth.
Some info on the BORG: An
immensely powerful race of enhanced hunmanoides from the delta
Quadrant of the galaxy. The Borg implant themselves with
cybernetic devices giving them great technological and combat
capabilities. Different Borgs are equipped with different
hardware for specific tasks. Each Borg is tied into a subspace
communication network, forming the Borg collective in which the
concept of the individual is a meaningless concept. The Borg
exhibit a high degree of intelligence and adapatability in there
tactics. Most succesful means of defence or offense against them
were found to work only once, almost immediately after which the
Borg developed a countermeasure. The Borg were responible for the
near-extinction of Guinan's people in the 23rd century.
Some info on Data.(Brent Spiner). DATA a humanoid android so sophisticated that he is regarded as a sentient lifeform with full civil rights. Data was built around 2336 by the reclusive scientist Noonien Soong at the omicron Theta colony. Data was not the first android created by Noonien Soong the first one was called Lore this android while phyically the same as Data has the ability to feel emtions while Data was created with out them. Lore was dismantled by Doctor Soong because he was unstabled but before he was dismantled he betrayed the colony to the Crystalline Entity. Before the colony was destroyed by the Cystalline Entity Data was given the memories of all the colonists and stored in a dormant state until he was found by the starship Tripoli. Data later joined starfleet were he now serves as second officer on the Federation Flag ship Ncc 1701D U.S.S Enterprise.
Some Info On Guinan. Guinan was a member of a race of listeners, but her people, the El-Aurians were nearly wiped out by the Borg in the late 23rd century. The few who surivors of her people escaped by speading themselves across the galaxy. Guinan was one of the surivors. When she arrived and joined the enterprise it was not the first time she had been to earth. Because of the El-Aurians very long life span she had visited earth in around 1850 where she helped picard and the crew stop ailens from traveling back in time and killing people in earths history. Guinan has been married serveral times and has had many children all turned out alright except one who would not listen.
