I choose to do TYO as I thought I'd get a chance to get better at some subjects.

My favourite subject in school is probably music as I get to listen to what I want. Other than that P.E is my favourite class because I get to have a laugh with some of my mates.

The sports I most enjoy are badminton, basketball, football and swimming. I have already played on a badminton and football team and have also completed a life saving course.

I listen to any type of rap music. I have always liked rap/hip hop and listen to it every day. My favourite artist is Tupac Shakur.

For my work experience I worlked in Renault Distributors. I had a good laugh with the employees at lunch and all through the day.
For my second work experience I worked in Alpha Lock & Safe. I learned alot about the locksmith trade including how locks work and different ways of opening them. A possible future career as I really enjoyed my time there.

For me the highlight of Transition Year was the oppertunity of doing Transition Year. I liked the fact we had a choice in what we wanted to do e.g we decided on what trips we went on, what we done in class and our work experience. Transition Year was really benifical and enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone finished their Junior Cert.
