My reason for doing T.Y is that I wanted to learn more about work from my work experience and because it is a relaxing year.

My favourite subject in school is English and I also like Woodwork.

The sport I most enjoy is hurling. I also enjoy football.

I listen to the radio. I also listen to records and c.d.'s. I like dance music. My favourite song is "Insomnia" by Faithless.

For my work experience I went to Abbey Discs and I really enjoyed it.
For my second work experience I worked as a Roofer. I learned how to put up a roof.

For me the highlight of Transition Year was when the Ger Carey, the Film-Maker came in. He done Film Study with us as well as Stand-Up Comedy. I thought he was very funny.
