This marble comes from Latin America where the pre-Hispanic people have been producing marble artefacts for thousands of years.  

In the 30.5 x 30.5 sizes there are 10 pieces in each polystyrene box.  In a full crate there are 42 boxes giving an approximate yardage of 46.6 sq yds. 

In the 40 x 40 sizes there are 200 pieces per crate equalling 40 sq yds per crate.
