A Needs Survey was conducted on the whole Community Council Area during the nomination and voting procedure. There was over a 60% return on the survey and the results have been included here.

The Community Council was divided up into categories to in order to react to some of the needs within the survey. These sub-committees and their reports are included in the Sub Committees section.

A selection of 39 possible topics of interest were identified and included on the survey. A voting system was employed on a scale of 1 - 10.(10 being of most interest to the voter.) This meant it was possible not only to record the most important topics of interest within the community but the ones that people felt were being suitably catered for. There was some concern after the collection that a number of residents may not have fully understood the voting system and this must be explained when the next survey is undertaken.
