NILOS ( Nil - Loss ) 3rd Planet Theta Hovan System

Nilos is humid damp world with many small agri settlements across its swamp like surface. The poles are icey and although not entirely hostile they are devoide of any settlement. Nilos has two spaceports at its two largest cities, Krestan and Jepanis. These cities also have large processing plants which convert the agri-communities crops ( an array of swamp tubors ) into food stuffs for space flight and army rations. Both main cities have populations of approx. 250,000 citizens, swelling to twice this with immigrent workers seasonally and visitong traders. The presence of spacecraft repair facilities which operate on a no questions asked basis also attract a dubious element to the planet and have given it a huge black market for stolen and illegal goods.
