Some definitions.

 

Agnosticism : The doctrine that one does not know whether or not a deity exists, or what the nature of that deity might be. This is sometimes referred to as empirical agnosticism. Strict agnosticism is the doctrine that one cannot know whether or not god exists.

Atheism : From the Greek a ('without') and theos ('deity'). The absence of belief in the existence of any God or gods. Strong atheism is the deliberate, positive disbelief in God or gods. Weak atheism is the deliberate lack of belief in God or gods, though not going so far as to positively disbelieve in their existence. Implicit atheism is the lack of belief in God or gods due to lack of exposure to the concepts, such as in very young children.

Deism : The belief in the existence of God based solely on natural reason, without reference to revelation.

faith : Strong belief in something without proof or evidence

god : A supernatural being who is worshipped as the controller or creator of some aspect of life or the universe. (Deity).

God : A supernatural being who is worshipped as the supreme being , creator and ruler of all the universe.

humanism : a school of philosophy that believes in human effort and ingenuity rather than religion.

Nulliphidian : Corruption of 'nullifidian', from the Latin nullus fides, literally 'no faith'. Having no faith or belief based upon faith.

rational : Using reason or logic in thinking out a problem. (Rationality, rationalism).

Theism : The belief in the existence of God, partially based on divine revelation.

universe : The aggregate of all existing matter, energy and space.
