History

HARLEY RIDERS IRELAND is an independent Harley Davidson club.

Its founding members resigned from a HOG chapter they had created a few years earlier to form an independent Harley club.

Membership of HOG is personal and not compulsory.

Membership Male and Female = 70 +.

HRI is structured democratically with officers and working committee elected by the members at the AGM.

Members enjoy weekly (all year round) Sunday ride-outs, rallies in Ireland and overseas and general social get togethers.

The main Charity supported by us is "RESPECT" the fund raising arm for the Daughters of Charity, Navan Road caring for mentally handicapped adults and children. Over the years we have raised in excess of £25,000 most of it by our own hard work, participating in their Summer Fair and our Christmas collection at Grafton St. with our "Have your photo taken with Santa on a Harley".
