All are welcome to train in
Genbukan Ireland dojos. As a matter of formal etiquette, once you have located
your nearest dojo you must contact the instructor and introduce yourself, you
cannot just turn up at a class and train or watch a lesson.
The first Genbukan dojo was set up in
Ireland in August 1997 by Martin O'Raghailligh G.W.N.B.F / K.J.J.R. after
returning from Japan. This dojo was established in Blarney,
County Cork, and is situated less than five minutes from the historic Blarney
Castle.
Grand master Shoto Tanemura with Ireland instructors
Martin O' Raghailligh and Brian O'
Dubhthaigh.
