In 1897 in Cappawhite,
A school was built so big and bright,
So far it is 102 years old,
Some pupils were good and some were bold!
It will last a lot longer, I'm told .
There once was a school in Cappawhite ,
Inside the building ,it was so bright,
There was always something new to do ,
Painting , drawing and writing too .
I'm a happy pupil, are you ?
There once was a school in Cappawhite,
Where the children there would never fight .
The pupils helped the teachers everyday,
And when they were finished , they went out to play
Then came in after lunch to complete their day .
