I am writing to you with an original idea I had for a film which you may be 
interested in. This would be a SFX block-buster which has the advantage of 
being based on a true story. It would be sort of The Incredible Hulk Meets 
Gone With the Wind.

We can make in a good retro 70's style as that is in at the moment. But no 
flares!

The idea is that Marty O'Sullivan (not his real name) is un-happy as he is 
ostracised from his peers at work as he is outside the 'core'. Then one day 
his life changes when he is exposed to vast quantities of a powerfull skin 
cream in a tragic industrial accident. Ever since then whenever he gets 
above 34 degrees he undergoes a transformation to Ulay Complete Man!!!

This gives him amazing super powers: He will never age, he is impevious to 
UV radiation and he has great skin. Marty soon discovers a new life as a 
crime fighter in the city. You can have scenes of him fighting crime by 
disabling criminals with his 7.26kg metal balls whih he hurls long 
distances.

Marty is trained and led by his mentor from the far east, Marco the one eye 
(or Suil O'Wan in his native tounge) He will be played as a sometimes wise 
and sometimes troublesome old man who lives on coffee but never gets his 
own.

Marty's arch enemy is Wrinkly Man who is moving in on the Mafia family run 
by the Italian Boss from Sicily. We might need a side kick for Marty, how 
about Roaring Kane, a drunken Irish Man with a reputation for the ladies.

Marty's identity as Ulay Complete Man will be secret and we can get 
dramatic moments as he is prusued and attempts are made to unmask him by 
the EPA. But only Kneef, the engineer who has been working with the top 
secret cream, knows the real truth of his identity.

There shoud be a dramatic show down where he chalenges Wrinkly man. After a 
long and expensive fight Wrinkly man manages to disable the trace heaing 
system which keeps Marty dangerous and he loses his super powers. But with 
the help of Kneef, Roaring and Marco they overpower Wrinkly and good 
triumphs showing that true Super Performance comes from people working in 
teams and achieving outstanding results.

I am not keen on sequels and we can cash in onthe Titanic factor when we 
have Marty die tragicaly of sunburn.

I am sure that this will be a sure fire hit. So I recomed you pay me loads 
of money for the rights to the story. I also will need the cash as there 
may be some angry people around when this story gets out.
