We stock a full range of information leaflets and application forms on public services. CICs also use the Citizens Information Files / Database, provided and regularly updated by the NSSB ( National Social Service Board ).
The mission of the NSSB, which is the national registering body of Citizens Information Centre is " to ensure that all Citizens have easy access to the highest quality of information and advice on social services
