The Majestic Galway hookers sailed from Connemara with cargos of turf to exchange for local farming produce. This is the home of Kinvara Smoked Salmon Ltd.
Traditionally Smoked
The salmon fillets are cured and smoked in a traditional and time honoured way in the Family run smokehouse. This lenghty process helps to capture and enhance the natural flavour of the salmon. Smoked Salmon is highly nutritious, being a good source of omega 3 fatty acids that protect against heart disease.
